ReFund Policy

At Zabrij, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit, which can be used for any future online order.

One-time Exchange: You may request a one-time exchange on any item bought from Zabrij within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item has not been worn, altered, or washed. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with the invoice.

Wrongful Delivery: For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, color, or silhouette), you have the right to request an exchange.

Sale Items: Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, a refund will be processed.

Exchange Process: All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Zabrij at the customer’s expense.

Please note that items once purchased cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations and look forward to assisting you with your returns and exchanges.
